A preview of the concert the chorale will perform at the 11th World Symposium of Choral Music in Barcelona, Spain. “The Colours of Peace” was chosen for the theme of this year’s World Symposium. For this reason, the chorale has prepared a collection of peace-related compositions and entitled the benefit concert “Journey in Peace.”
The “Journey in Peace” concert is dedicated to Ann Goldeen, a member of North Coast Chorale. It was her wish that a concert should be performed to benefit the NCC. For this reason, all proceeds from the concert will assist in the chorale’s trip to Barcelona.
