North Coast Chorale presents Mysteries of the Stars, a collection of compositions all involving stars – what they are, how we use them, and how beautiful they are. These Star-songs will be performed in a variety of musical genres, including sacred, secular and gospel. To complement this presentation of melodies, Karin Temple will deliver her poetry about stars and an assortment of art by Jo Pomeroy Crockett will be displayed in the lobby. The concerts are on Friday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 10 at 2:00 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center, 16th & Franklin St in Astoria.
