Get in the spirit of the coming holidays with music that celebrates the season performed at two concerts by the area’s premier purveyor of choral music the North Coast Chorale (NCC), based in Astoria. You’ll hear traditional holiday music as well as “Sounds of Peace.” Audiences will enjoy art work on hand, furnished by students of Kristen Shauck of Clatsop Community College. There’ll also be a dance segment courtesy of the Maddox Dance Studio.
A joyous introduction to the coming season, the concerts have been themed “Peace on Earth,” a wish that unites us world-wide. Make a note of their date: Saturday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 9, at 2:00 p.m. All performances will take place at Clatsop Community College’s Performing Arts Center.
