For its spring concert, “Voices of Astoria Past, Present & Future”, the North Coast Chorale commissioned music by composer Barbara Poulshock. The chorale also sang songs celebrating the contributions of Norwegians, Native Americans, Finns, Irish and other ethnic groups to the history of Astoria.
